Oyster Stew Quick & EZ

Makes 2 large bowls

Heat to a boil

8 oz. can of oysters

Stir as adding into the hot oysters

3 cups milk (2% or richer is best)

1 Tablespoon butter

Dish up into bowls and season as a garnish (decorative and functional)

Pat of butter

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Add oyster crackers (small round crackers that hold their crunch longer than saltines)

Serve hot       (Note: This takes less than 5 minutes to make (very quick and easy.)
