Hummus with Almond Pulp

Drain and put in a blender and blend until smooth

1 can garbonzo beans or black beans

2 Tablespoons liquid (like almond milk, pickle juice, water)

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup lemon juice


Add the rest and blend until smooth (Add more water if not getting smooth)

About 1 cup almond pulp (or substitute another can of beans for pulp)
1 rounded Tablespoon minced garlic 

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
 
dash of Siracha sauce (or hot sauce)

Sprinkle of Salt & pepper


Taste to see if needs more salt and pepper


Use right away and store for up to a week in a container in the frig.
